I needed a palette cleanser after my last (heavier) read, and had snagged this as part of my Amazon Prime First Reads for the month.
The book bounces between three different points of view, and there are some surprising twists in how the three main characters end up being interconnected. While the characters are very stereotypical for their type, there are nuances that make you want to root for them, and see them grow.
Unfortunately, just as the plot was starting to really pick up momentum, the book ended. I won’t be picking up the next installment, if there is one, but it was a cute, light read.
