Linked (Gilded Blood #3)

I adore this series and everything about it; this newest installment is the best yet.

It’s got it all for me: magic, a fantastical world (with map!), a quest, a motley crew of characters, a fantastic and color familiar, and two main characters you can’t help but root for. Oh, and tattoos and runes.

This piece of the story takes us deep into the fae kingdom, where our anti-hero begins the work to reclaim his throne. In the meantime, our protagonist learns more about her powers, and stays true to herself along the way.

The spice finally gets a little relief, and even my favorite familiar might have found love. I’m a little devastated knowing the next book is the last, but I’ll be waiting on the edge of my seat and am even seriously thinking about buying this series in hardcover.
