Rule of the Aurora King (Artefacts of Ouranos, #2)

4/5

I inhaled the second book in the Artefacts of Ouranos series in a day. Tuli does a seemingly effortless job of layering the world we started to know in the first book, giving the main characters more depth, and continuing to add twists and turns.

The spice is dark, while you root for this new coupling of characters. There’s the sense of family and found family. There’s intrigue and history being unraveled. Yet – I appreciate that Tuli seems to do it all with a sense of humor, which keeps the dark fae world from being too angsty.

Hi! I’m Adrienne. I really love reading books – it doesn’t matter if it’s a classic novel on a rainy day or the latest bestseller while lying in the sun. I also really enjoy sharing my thoughts about books with others. This is why I write book reviews, to help fellow book lovers find their next great read.
